Mario Kart Cheesy Champions Campaign​​​​​​​

For my final thesis project involved, I participated in a competition called the D&AD New Blood Awards. In response to one of the briefs, I created a concept for a free, online event to foster community and promote KD Big Cups as the ultimate gaming snack.

Challenge:
- Kraft Dinner is perceived as a kid's food, making it difficult to appeal to an older audience.
- The brand wants to reposition Kraft Big Cups as a comfort food for the gaming community.
- Gamers need a convenient, satisfying snack that doesn’t disrupt their gaming experience.
- Competing with other popular gaming snacks (e.g., chips, energy drinks) that already have a strong presence in the community.

Insights:
- Gamers prefer snacks that don’t create distractions (e.g., noisy crunching).
- They value convenience, community, and accessibility in their snacks.
- Reddit and Instagram are key platforms for reaching the gaming audience.

How It Works:
- Targeted to Gen Z gamers (18-24 years of age)
- For a limited time (aprox. 1-2 weeks), ALL Nintendo Switch Players who own Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will gain free access to online play, a feature that Switch users would normally pay for via Nintendo Switch Online.
- Players can access the event through the “Online Play’ tab and in the “Cheesy Champions” Tab.
- Players get access to 4 tracks and can play online with other players.
- Each completed race earns you “noodles” instead of the normal point system, and you can unlock free rewards after each completed race.

 Breast Cancer Fruit Campaign

The following is a campaign that I shot with my dslr camera. The goal was to remind people about breast cancer and how it is not always easy to tell when something is wrong. These advertisements would be suitable for a magazine, with the target audience being women who read them often. It would also be ideal to use these pieces in social media sponsored advertisements, targeted to mainly middle aged to older women. Created with Adobe Photoshop.
Resolve Laser Clinic Ads

The following ads are for the Resolve tattoo parlor. According to research, former gang members who have been recently released from jail struggle to find employment because of their tattoos. Resolve wants to help them in their journey to redemption by removing gang affiliated tattoos free of charge. These pieces are ideal for out of home advertisements in order for them to be seen by as many passerby’s as possible. Created in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
